Universities are required to pay for room rates (+Tax) and submit requests for reimbursement. To ensure that your university receives the discounted rate, you must reserve your rooms by February 15, 2024. Reservations made after this date are subject to higher rates and limited availability (universities are responsible to pay the difference for any room rates above the discounted rates).
Each university is reimbursed for either three rooms at three nights (if student competitors are of different genders and/or sex) OR two rooms at three nights (if student competitors are the same gender and/or sex).
If you are flying in on Wednesday, you can get the discounted rate of $139 (plus tax) by mentioning NSSC 2024. Keep in mind that reimbursement is limited to a max of 3 nights.
