Summer Intern Housing
Salisbury University provides summer housing for students with internships in the Salisbury and the surrounding area. Both Salisbury University students as well as non-Salisbury University college students with internships are welcome to apply. If you are eligible for and interested in summer intern housing please fill out the online application.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a Salisbury University/non-Salisbury University student with a summer internship in the Salisbury or the surrounding area within 40 miles.
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Must provide proof of internship enrollment.
- Must provide proof of college enrollment.
Move-In/Move-Out Dates
- June 1 - August 1
- Some flexibility in May is available for an earlier move-in on a case-by-case basis (March 26th - 1 p.m. earliest). Space is limited. Additional fees will apply.
- There is minimal availability through the first week of August 6th for an extension on move-out. Please email Lesley at lastaffeldt@salisbury.edu to get on the waitlist
Payment
Payment is made upfront in one payment for the duration of the summer.
- Cost for 1 Private Bedroom with shared bathroom in University Park
- Interns are responsible for any property damage, charges based on repair and replacement costs.
- 4 bedrooms x 2 baths unit = $890/month (total: $1,780 for summer June 1st - August 1st for 1 bedroom)

Housing for interns will be located in University Park.
