The Office of Institutional Equity works in partnership with the Office of Human Resources to educate and support employees in the search and selection process; and compiles applicant and employee data on an annual basis to assist the University in diversifying and retaining a high quality workforce.
The Office of Institutional Equity directly assists with Fair Practice issues supporting Salisbury University’s Sexual Harassment Policy & Procedures (PDF) and Salisbury University Policy Prohibiting Non-Sex Based Discrimination Against Non-Students (PDF), and also hears complaints in regards to sexual harassment and discrimination on campus and works in partnership with appropriate parties to resolve these issues.
