Core Functions
The SPA Committee will be guided by four core functions: advising leadership, consulting across the division, training, and monitoring.

| Monitoring | § establishing and monitoring a cycle of assessment and reporting § collecting from departments and maintain data on learning outcomes and assessment |
The committee shares in accountability for the success of the assessment program in the division and evaluates its effectiveness in supporting the division’s mission and strategic directions.
