Sea Gull Square
The five-story Sea Gull Square (SGS) is home to SU upperclassmen in 185 apartment-style units with a variety of floor plans. Designed with the busy student in mind, you'll soon discover that SGS offers the best in housing right on main campus. While Sea Gull Square is a year-round contract, it is billed in two installments: August and January, similar to the tuition billing. Please contact the Cashier's Office (payment options) or Financial Aid (financial assistance) should you have specific questions regarding these processes.
