Enyue Lu
Bio
Enyue (Annie) Lu, Ph.D., is a Professor of Computer Science at the Henson School of Science & Technology. Since joining Salisbury University (SU) in 2004, she has taught a total of 15 different courses, developed 3 new courses, supervised over 60 students in various undergraduate research projects, published over 50 peer-reviewed papers, sought both internal and external funding to support students, brought in over $1.6 million external funding to SU, including prestigious NSF and USDA grants, served on over 30 school and professional committees, and took leadership roles in developing curricula in the high performance computing and networking (HPCN) area and in directing the NSF-funded Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) site projects. Her current teaching and research interests include networking and cybersecurity, parallel and distributed computing, data mining, machine learning, and image processing. In her free time, she enjoys exploring different cultures, listening to world music, and practicing folk dance.
