Kimberly van Vulpen

Bio

Kimberly van Vulpen earned her BASW from Salisbury University and her MSW and PhD from University of Maryland. Her clinical specialty is in end-of-life, palliative care and bereavement. She teaches across the social work curriculum in the School of Social Work including practice, human behavior, and research courses. Dr. van Vulpen teaches electives such as Death and Dying, Social Work with Older Persons, and Children's Grief and Bereavement. She is a clinical volunteer with Coastal Hospice on their pediatric bereavement team.
