SU Celebrates Uniform Personnel Day

SALISBURY, MD---On Saturday, November 3, Salisbury University celebrates local law enforcement officers during Uniform Personnel Day at Sea Gull Stadium.

The vital work they do is honored as SU football takes on Wesley College at noon.

Chiefs and invited officers from the SU Police Department, Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office, Maryland State Police, the Fruitland Police Department and the Salisbury Police and Fire Departments will view the matchup from a guest suite at the stadium, and Officers of the Year from each agency will be announced during the game.

“The University is grateful for all the support these men and women provide for our campus and the community,” said SU Police Chief Edwin Lashley. “They protect our region and help ensure the safety of thousands each day.”
