Adrian Waggoner Artist Talk at SU September 20

SALISBURY, MD---Figurative painter and conceptual artist Adrian Waggoner discusses his work 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 20, in Room 153 of Salisbury University’s Conway Hall.
Waggoner represents his subjects as religious icons lost in the modern world. His works include paintings, performance, objects and stories that explore themes of myth, identity, masculinity and sexualty.
A lecturer of art at Ohio State University, he has exhibited in galleries and competitions throughout the U.S., including New York and Chicago. His awards include the prestigious John Stobart Fellowship.
