Tornado Watch Issued for Wicomico County and Surrounding Areas Until 10 p.m. Thursday, September 3

SALISBURY, MD---The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a tornado watch for Wicomico County and surrounding areas until 10 p.m. Thursday, September 3.

A tornado watch means conditions are favorable for the development of severe storms capable of producing tornadoes. Residents should be prepared to take shelter immediately if they see dark, rotating clouds during this time.
