Winter Weather Advisory Issued for Wicomico County January 25-26

The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a winter weather advisory for 7 p.m. Monday, January 25, to 2 a.m. Tuesday, January 26, in Wicomico and Dorchester counties.

In this updated forecast, the NWS is predicting 1-2 inches of wet snow to accumulate during that time, mainly along and north of U.S. 50, before changing to all rain overnight. Untreated roadways and sidewalks may become slippery. Drivers and pedestrians are encouraged to use caution.
