SU Joins 2021 Maryland Charity Campaign
SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University faculty and staff are encouraged to “Inspire Hope” by supporting the 2021 Maryland Charity Campaign.
Through December, Maryland state employees may donate to their choice of more than 1,000 non-profit organizations through the program, including food banks, mental health programs, homeless services, animal shelters and more.
“COVID-19 has impacted — and still is impacting — our communities,” said Dr. Sherry Maykrantz, assistant professor of public health and SU Maryland Charity coordinator. “SU has always been a proud supporter of this campaign, and we need to continue our commitment.”
Those who give will be entered into a series of drawings for prizes at the campaign’s conclusion.
Organizations eligible for support through the program include the SU Foundation, Inc. (code 521127369) and United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore (code 526016589).
