SU Commemorates Veterans Day November 11

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University commemorates Veterans Day with a ceremony 1 p.m. Thursday, November 11, in Holloway Hall Auditorium.

The event includes colors presented by SU’s Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) unit, musical by the University Chorale and remarks from SU President Charles Wight, Salisbury Mayor Jake Day and U.S. Army reservist Julia Mohr, SU biological sciences and psychology major.

Admission is free and the public is invited.

All attendees at Salisbury University indoor events are required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. Attendees may be asked to leave an event for non-compliance.

All attendees must complete an online COVID-19 screening on the day of their visit, prior to coming to the SU campus.

Those planning to park on campus must register in advance for a free parking pass online.
