Important COVID-19 Information for SU Employees
Wednesday May 12, 2021
Dear SU Faculty and Staff,
As Salisbury University continues its COVID-19 precautions, please note the following:
- Yesterday’s COVID-19 virtual University Town Hall with President Wight and members of Executive Staff is now available for viewing.
- SU has set a target date of Tuesday, July 6, for all employees to return to campus.
- Supervisors will receive further instructions regarding requests for telework to continue following that date.
- All current SU teleworking agreements will terminate on June 30. Those approved for teleworking after that date will be required to sign a new agreement.
- Daily SU COVID-19 testing ends this Friday, May 14. Beginning next week, testing is required every 14 days and will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Appointments may be scheduled at https://sutesting.timetap.com.
- SU continues to evaluate the application process for requests for exemption from this fall’s COVID-19 vaccination requirement for campus community members. Once the process is finalized, students, faculty and staff will be notified via SU email.
- Friday, May 14, will be the final day for COVID-19 visitor check-in stations in Holloway Hall, the SU Bookstore and the Maintenance Building. Beginning Saturday, May 15, campus visitors will need to complete an online COVID-19 assessment.
- If you have not already done so, please remember to complete the SU Return to Campus Questionnaire by Friday, May 21.
Please stay safe, and thank you for continuing to do your part to #ProtectTheFlock.
