SU Announces New Pre-Medical Upper-Division Certificate
SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University recently announced a new Pre-Medical Upper-Division Certificate Program.
Offered through a partnership between SU’s Henson School of Science and Technology, College of Health and Human Services, and Health Professions Advising Program, the certificate program consists of courses across curricula that are common requirements for entrance into a wide variety of professional medical programs.
The program is intended to guide students from any major, especially non-science majors, as they prepare for medical school and other careers in health fields. The certificate adds documentation of their skills and success in pursuing a challenging academic career while an undergraduate student in other disciplines.
With this certificate, students will be able to prove their capabilities for continued study in careers such as medicine, dentistry, optometry, podiatry and more.
