Do You Remember the Sky?" on Display at SUAG

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University Art Galleries (SUAG) hosts the solo exhibit “Do You Remember the Sky?” by Edgar Reyes through Friday, September 23, in the University Gallery of Fulton Hall.

An artist talk is 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 15, in Fulton Hall Room 111.

Reyes’ work centers on his family’s history and the distinct places it has called home. He documents his family members’ stories, and collects photos from their archives and Mexican street markets.

His interest lies in the mementos people cherish and the layers of loss endured from migration and the passing of loved ones. To Reyes, the most precious memories play a vital role in helping individuals cope with loss and displacement.

Admission is free and the public is invited. Those planning to park on campus must register in advance for a free parking pass.
