International Women's Day Conference at SU March 8

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s Women’s Forum hosts an International Women’s Day Conference 1-4:30 p.m. Friday, March 8, in the Worcester Room of the Commons.
Quick paced, stimulating 10-minute presentations and posters on site covering topics ranging from period poverty, tattooing, pornography, SES, empowering Black, Latinx and Native women, bringing in outsiders, ableism, women in philosophy and business, and more highlight the event.
A collection box for feminine hygiene products to be donated for the women at the Life Crisis Center will be on hand.
Light refreshments will be served.
Admission is free and the public is invited.
Those planning to park on campus must register in advance for a free parking pass.
