SU Again Named 'Best for Vets' by 'Military Times'

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University again has been named a “Best For Vets” school by Military Times.

Each year, the national publication surveys programs for veterans at colleges and universities throughout the U.S.

“Our veterans have given so much to us and to their country. It is our honor to assist them in the next step of their lives and careers,” said SU President Carolyn Ringer Lepre. “We pride ourselves on offering support services to help our veterans and military-affiliated family members reach their educational and professional goals.”

SU’s Office of Veteran Services assists with G.I. Bill® implementation and other Veterans Administration (VA) educational benefits. The University also offers specialized study  and socialization space, and additional programs for veterans and military-affiliated families, earning it a spot among the 357 institutions included in this year’s ranking.
