49th Senior Fine Arts Exhibit November 6-19

SALISBURY, MD---The Salisbury University Art Department presents the 49th Biannual senior fine arts exhibit “Visionary Voyage” November 6-19 in the University Gallery of Fulton Hall and the Electronic Gallery in Teacher Education and Technology Center Room 128.

An opening and awards reception is 6-8 p.m. Friday, November 15. Drawing, painting, new media and ceramic artists come together in this exhibit to showcase the students’ growth as emerging artists in the contemporary art world.

The student work in this show encompasses a variety of mediums, techniques and subject matter.  Paintings span from realistic to abstract, from expressive to representational. The exhibit also includes two large moving and innovative installations. The works of new media artists will be shown in the Fulton Gallery and the Electronic Gallery. The finished forms of the only featured ceramic artist also are on display.
