Bay Brass Performs During SU Oktoberfest Dinner October 10

SALISBURY, MD---The Bay Brass performs during Salisbury University’s annual Oktoberfest dinner 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, October 10, in the Bistro of the Commons.

The menu includes pretzels and cheese, beer-stewed bratwurst with caramelized onions, pierogis with parsley butter, pork schnitzel, roasted Brussels sprouts, apple strudel and German chocolate cake. Dinner is served from 4:30-7:30 p.m.

Sponsored by University Dining Services and the Cultural Affairs Office as part of SU’s International Dinner Series, cost is $13.50, $8.15 for children under 5. [related links]
