Cavallaro on MPT's 'ArtWorks This Week' August 16 and 19

SALISBURY, MD---On Wednesday, August 16, Salisbury University art faculty Marie Cavallaro is featured on Maryland Public Television’s ArtWorks This Week. The program airs 7:30 that evening and repeats 9 a.m. Saturday, August 19.

A 33-year senior member and former chair of the Art Department and a Fulbright professor, Cavallaro is an acclaimed ceramicist who uses her talent, experience and energy to serve new generations of artists. In 1999 she co-founded the Cavallaro Cleary Visual Arts Foundation (CCART) to raise money for scholarships and awards for local high school students interested in pursuing art majors in college.
