Chorale and Chamber Choir Concert Sunday, December 5

SALISBURY, MD---The Salisbury University Chorale and Chamber Choir presents its holiday concert 4:30 p.m. Sunday, December 5, in Holloway Hall Auditorium. The theme of this year’s concert is a tribute to music and the holiday season. Sample selections include “Pavane” by Gabriel Fauré, “Jubilate” by Benjamin Britten, “The Road Not Taken” by Randall Thompson, “O Magnum Mysterium” by Thomas Luis de Victoria, “Cantate Domino” by Heinrich Schütz, “The Holy and the Ivy” arranged by John Rutter, “Gloucestershire Wassail” Arranged by Tom Scott, “Il est bel et bon” by Pierre Passereau and “A Welsh Lullaby” by K. Lee Scott. Selections will be accompanied by students. Featured performers are seniors Danielle Carboni of Warwick, MD, and SungEun “Sunny” Kim of Salisbury and juniors Andrea Hurley of Parsonsburg, MD, and Andrew Ackerman of Dunkirk, MD.
