'Currents and Textures' Exhibit at University Center Art Space October 29-November 29

SALISBURY, MD---Works by Salisbury University alumna Monica Forrester are showcased during the exhibit “Currents and Textures” October 29-November 29 in the Guerrieri University Center Art Space.

An opening reception is 5-7 p.m. Friday, November 2. The Art Space is located in the center’s second-floor lounge.

The inspiration for textured paintings in this solo exhibit is found in photographs of forms in nature and directional lines in architectural details. The fine texture of the abstract paintings allows the image to emerge without the use of color.
