Folk Heroes Performance, Dinner Celebrate St. Patrick's Day March 16

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with a dinner in the Bistro of the Commons 4:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 16, as part of its spring International Dinner Series.
The dinner features a performance by the Irish band Folk Heroes, comprised of musicians Robin Cockey, Bob Hayman, Mick Haensler and Charlie Stegman, from 5-7 p.m.
Menu items include corned beef with cabbage, carrots and potatoes; Irish seafood stew; boxty (Irish potato cakes); Celtic cauliflower, seasoned peas, Irish soda bread, shamrock cookies and cupcakes, Irish potato candy, Irish mint brownie bars and St. Patrick’s Day punch.
Sponsored by University Dining Services and the Cultural Affairs Office, cost is $12.98, $7.87 for children ages 5 and under. Reservations are not required.
