Hundreds of Students Expected at 11th 'Big Event' Cleanup Day Apr. 18

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University students unite to help the community during the 11th annual Big Event community cleanup day, sponsored by the Student Government Association (SGA) Saturday, April 18.

During the community service project, hundreds of SU students help campus neighbors with household chores such as raking leaves, cleaning attics and painting. This year’s cleanup takes place at some 80 properties, including SU’s Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art, St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in downtown Salisbury, and private homes.
