Tuesday December 6, 2016
During his recent “Shop Maryland for the Holidays” tour of the Eastern Shore, Comptroller Peter Franchot visited downtown Salisbury, including The Gallery Building now owned by Salisbury University.
While encouraging shoppers to support local small businesses, the Comptroller took time to chat with SU accounting student Kristy Trojan and Department of Mathematics and Computer Science faculty Robert Barber, who was arranging meetings with area political leaders for a class project.
Joining Franchot on his visit was Delegate Carl Anderton Jr., Republican, District 38B Wicomico. From left: Barber, Trojan, Franchot and Anderton.
