SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University Galleries hosts the exhibit “New Horizons” April 19-28 in the Atrium Gallery of the Guerrieri University Center. A reception is 5-7 p.m. Friday, April 23.
This collection of outsider art showcases the talents of mental health consumers and those challenged by other disabilities from inpatient and community-based rehabilitative programs under the jurisdiction of the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
