Portion of Wayne St. Closed for SU Construction May 5-6

SALISBURY, MD---A portion of Wayne Street between Bateman and Power streets is closed from 6 a.m. Monday, May 4 - noon Wednesday, May 6.

This will allow contractors for Salisbury University’s new Sea Gull Stadium to adjust construction fences and restripe the asphalt. Cars need to be removed from this portion of Wayne Street by noon Saturday, May 2. 

Please be alert and exercise caution when walking or travelling in the area. The sidewalk on the west side of Wayne as well as the athletic fields will remain open to pedestrian traffic and the Wayne Street Parking Garage will be accessible at all times.
