Pulitzer Prize Winner Stephen Dunn Speaks
SALISBURY, MD---Pulitzer Prize winning poet Stephen Dunn reads from his works Thursday, May 8, at 8 p.m. in the Montgomery Room of the Commons building at Salisbury University.
Dunn, winner of the 2001 Pulitzer for Different Hours, has published numerous volumes of poetry including New and Selected Poems 1974-1994 (Norton, 1994) and two volumes of prose including Walking Light: Essays and Memoirs (BOA Editions, 2002).
In addition to Dunn’s reading, SU poets and fiction writers read from their work to celebrate the publication of Mid-Atlantic Review. Free copies of the journal will be available.
Part of the Writers-on-the-Shore series presented by the SU Department of English, the event is free, and the public is cordially invited.
