SGA Celebrates Homecoming Week 2006

SALISBURY, MD---The Student Government Association celebrates the days leading up to Homecoming with a week of events just for SU students. Activities include:

Monday, October 9: Paint Wars – 3:30 p.m., Freshman Quad. Students battle it out to “color” the opposing team.

Tuesday, October 10: Wing Eating Contest – 6:30 p.m., Pergola. Students vie for the SU wing eating championship. Pass the hot sauce!

Wednesday, October 11: Gull Factor (time and locations TBA). The SGA holds its own version of the TV series Fear Factor.

Thursday, October 12: Pep Rally – 8 p.m., Maggs Gym. Students celebrate all things Sea Gull during this festive event.

Friday, October 13: Battle of the Bands – 3:30 p.m., Red Square. Student musicians showcase their talent to win headliner appearances.

Saturday, October 14: Homecoming Block Party – noon-4 p.m., Intramural Fields. Student organizations hosts games and activities for students, families and alumni, including inflatables by the Student Office for Activity Planning.
