SU Center For International Education Opens May 4
SALISBURY, MD---The campus community is invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony for SU’s new Center for International Education at 1106 Camden Ave. 3:30 p.m. Thursday, May 4.
Part of Multicultural Festival Week, President Janet Dudley-Eshbach and Center for International Education Director Rob Hallworth with SU students will officially open the doors.
In the past five years, the number of SU students studying abroad has nearly doubled in programs throughout Europe, Central and South Americas, and Asia.
Festivities at the ribbon-cutting include remarks from Dudley-Eshbach and international students, tours with special guests, gifts, refreshments and musical entertainment provided by The Crystal Strings' accordion and violin duo. The group has played for five U.S. presidents.
