class=""MsoNormal"">SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University commemorates the fourth anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on New York and Washington, D.C., Friday, September 9, in front of Fulton Hall.

class=""MsoNormal"">The ceremony begins with a recitation of the Gettysburg Address at 8:46 a.m., the time when the first plane hit the World Trade Center Towers in New York. The recitation is followed by a student-led performance of America the Beautiful. This is the third year the University has memorialized the September 11 tragedy with Lincoln’s famed tribute to freedom and representative government.
