SU Education Students Study Abroad Blog
SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University education students, under the leadership of Dr. Patricia Dean of the Education Department, are teaching abroad through June 30 in New Zealand and Australia.
Periodically during their travels, students and faculty collaborate on a blog chronicling their experiences. The public is invited to share in those experiences through the blog below.

Kia Ora!
We have arrived safely to Auckland, NZ. The weather is a bit rainy but in the 60s. Our group of 10 is having a wonderful time, with many stories to share when we get home.
A few of us went to see the rugby game between England and the ALL Blacks of New Zealand. What fun! There were 44,000 people at the game (and we think 34,000 of them rode the same buses home that we did). Today many are at the volcanic island of Rangitoto. Tomorrow we'll visit two of the local schools, receiving a Maori welcome at one.
Yesterday we attended the Storylines Conference and met Babette Cole and Joy Cowley along with many other talented authors ans illustrators from all over the world. Keep checking our blog--you'll eventually hear from all of us.
