SU German Club Holds 42nd Annual Oktoberfest

SALISBURY, MD---The Salisbury University German Club brings cultural food, games and music to campus for its 42nd annual Oktoberfest celebration.
From 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, October 8, on Fulton Hall Lawn (rain location: Guerrieri University Center, Wicomico Room), the festival features student and community organizations and, for the first time, a German costume contest, judged at 1 p.m.
Platters available for purchase during the event include bratwurst, sauerkraut, German potato salad, soft pretzels and a beverage. Other features include games, music, local vendors and performances by Medieval knight re-enactors.
