SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University Dining Services celebrates Hanukkah 5-7 p.m. Thursday, December 8, in the Bistro of the Commons.
The holiday menu includes matzo ball soup, beef brisket, apricot chicken, Cajun tofu, cous cous, mashed potatoes, peas, noodle kugle, applesauce with cinnamon and brown sugar, potato latkes with sour cream, challah bread and apple knish.
