SU Presents 'Balancing Your Energy with Yoga' Mondays, April 24-May 15

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s “Balancing Your Energy with Yoga” series returns this spring, Mondays, April 24-May 15.
Led by Dr. Madhumi Mitra of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore’s Department of Natural Sciences, sessions are 5 p.m. on the Holloway Hall Lawn (rain location: Holloway Hall Great Hall). Loose clothing is required. Participants should bring their own towels or yoga mats.
Sessions include:

- April 21 – breathing exercises, sun salutation, and upper body and core
- April 28 – lower body
- May 5 – yoga for relaxation and balance
- May 15 – yoga for combating diseases and health issues
