SU's Perdue School of Business hosts Academy for International Business Conference
SALISBURY, MD ----The Franklin P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University hosts the Academy of International Business' Northeast Conference from September 26-28.
Some 50 academics from United States, Asia and Europe will present papers and hold discussions on the theme, "Global Transformations." Ten Perdue faculty will participate in the conference which will include 12 paper sessions, two special panels and a keynote speaker from the World Bank.
The Academy of International Business is the leading academic association of 3,000 international business scholars in 65 nations. Membership is open to professionals and their institutions. The AIB publishes the leading journal in the field, the Journal of International Business Studies. The Northeast is one of five (14 worldwide) chapters of the AIB in the United States, drawing its membership mostly from the region.
