Salisbury Youth Orchestra Performs Annual Spring Concert Thursday, May 16

SALISBURY, MD---The Salisbury Youth Orchestra presents its annual spring concert 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 16, in Salisbury University’s Holloway Hall Auditorium.

Conducted by Dr. Jeffrey Schoyen, the orchestra includes student musicians ranging from elementary school to high school seniors throughout the Eastern Shore. They perform selections including William Billing’s “Chester,” Harry Alshin’s “South American Holiday,” Leroy Anderson’s “Irish Suite,” Elliot Del Borgo’s “Aboriginal Rituals,” Vittorio Monti’s “Csardas” (arranged by Kirt Mosier) and a Beatles medley.
