Salisbury Youth Orchestra Performs Thursday, May 15

SALISBURY, MD---The Salisbury Youth Orchestra presents its annual spring concert 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 15, in Salisbury University’s Holloway Hall Auditorium.

Conducted by Dr. Jeffrey Schoyen, the orchestra includes student musicians ranging from elementary school to high school seniors throughout the Eastern Shore. They perform selections including Downton Abbey, selections from The Wizard of Oz, “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice,” “Orchestral Rock Artistry,” “Stella by Starlight,” “La Comparsa” and “Polka.”

The Salisbury Youth Orchestra Percussion Ensemble and Jazz Trio also perform.
