SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University celebrates St. Patrick’s Day early with an Irish dinner in the Rostary of the Commons 4:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 13, as part of its spring semester Festival of Foods series.
Menu items include corned beef and cabbage, Champ (whipped potatoes with scallions, parsley and butter), seasoned carrots, brown soda bread, shamrock cookies and cupcakes, and Irish cream cheesecake.
Cost of the dinner is $9.68, $5.95 for children 6-12, free for children 5 and under. The event includes recorded music.
