'Such Fools' Band Performs for 'Taste of Chesapeake' Dinner at SU October 6
SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University Dining Services hosts its annual “A Taste of the Chesapeake” dinner, featuring a performance by Such Fools, 5-7 p.m. Friday, October 6, in the Bistro of the Commons.
Such Fools features Todd Smith on upright bass with Mickey Justice on mandolin.
Part of SU’s International Dinner Series, the menu includes chicken Chesapeake, soft-shell crab sliders, corn on the cob, collard greens, wedged Old Bay-roasted potatoes, strawberry shortcake and apple pie. Dinner is available from 4:30-7:30 p.m.
Sponsored by University Dining Services and the Cultural Affairs Office, cost is $13.50, $8.15 for children under 5. Reservations are not required. The dinner is part of SU’s 2017 Homecoming and Family Weekend festivities.
