The Steel Kings Perform At 'Taste of the Caribbean' Dinner May 2

SALISBURY, MD---The Steel Kings steel drum band performs during Salisbury University’s annual “Taste of the Caribbean” dinner Wednesday, May 2, in the Bistro of the Commons

Dinner is served from 4:30-7:30 p.m. The band plays from 5-7 p.m.

The menu includes crab cakes with coconut curry sauce, Jamaican jerk chicken wings, chickpeas and rice, grilled corn with lime butter, Caribbean-style greens, coconut tres leches cake and Jamaican sweet potato pudding.

Sponsored by University Dining Services and the Cultural Affairs Office, cost is $13.50, $8.15 for children ages 5 and under. Reservations are not required.
