As a member of the The Perdue School of Business offers students access to many different SAP software packages, which allows them to put theory into practice, including:

Mobile Platform

Although our students have the advantage of using market-leading software from SAP, the concepts they learn are applicable regardless of the software used.

Our students currently use the following SAP products:

ERP
- What is an ERP? It stands for enterprise resource planning and is an information system that allows an organization to improve and connect many different business processes to become more effective and efficient.
- SAP continues to offer the world's market share leading ERP system - approximately 24% in 2013 with annual revenues exceeding $6 Billion (Gartner, Worldwide ERP Software Market Share Report, 2013)

- Provides students with highly desired knowledge about integrated business processes and hands-on experience doing those processes using SAP ERP
- Students completing 3 approved SAP ERP classes qualify for the SAP TERP10 Academy and TERP10 Certification Exam
- S/4 HANA is the next generation of ERP to take advantage of the speed and capabilities of a HANA database.
Mobile Development
- Much of business is now done using mobile devices – laptops, tablets, phones. Sales people need easy access to information anytime, anywhere. Decision-makers need access to real-time information in an easy to understand format.
- SAP openUI5 provides “feature-rich UI controls, powerful development concepts, and consistent user experience” (openUI5.org)
- SAP FIORI UX allows for development of user-friendly mobile apps and is changing the way SAP users interact with different SAP software
