Initiatives & Programs
PACE helps advance the university commitment to community engagement, defined as the collaboration between institutions of higher education and their larger communities for the mutually beneficial creation and exchange of knowledge and resources in a context of partnership and reciprocity. A non-partisan institute, PACE cultivates a more informed, democratic citizenry that promotes good governance on campus, and at the local, state, and federal levels.
