Enrollment Management
The Office of Enrollment Management (EM) is part of the Division of Academic Affairs at Salisbury University and was formed in 2005. The EM team is positioned to assist students and their families from day one, educating prospective families about SU and continuing through the application process, to the onboarding and orientation phase at SU, ensuring they are prepared to succeed in the classroom. The team works collaboratively, oftentimes projects involve multiple units within EM as well as across campus, creating strong synergy at all levels and positions. Within the EM team, there are five primary departments and several responsibilities and committees that involve the campus community.
Enrollment Management’s slogan is “Soaring to SUccess.” This tag line was adopted in 2023 after a group-wide contest and represents the collective drive across our five departments towards recruiting and onboarding students to successfully achieve their academic goals at SU.
Enrollment Management is comprised of Enrollment Marketing; Financial Aid & Scholarships; Orientation, Transition & Family Programs; Regional & Affiliate Operations; and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Together these offices support University-wide initiatives focused on student recruitment, and promotes a warm and welcoming environment that reflects the University’s values of community, diversity and inclusivity.
Enrollment Action Team
The Enrollment Action Team (EAT) is an advisory group focused on recruitment and marketing initiatives. The team meets every other week, providing updates related to team members’ actions, as well as offering feedback on requested action items brought by members with the goal of improving enrollment and marketing actions. The group will also focus in 2024-2025 on the next Strategic Enrollment Plan.
