Humberto Aristizabal, AVP of Institutional Equity, Fair Practices Officer, and Title IX Coordinator, provides leadership in all aspects of Fair Practices, Diversity and Inclusion. He also serves as the Fair Practices Officer and Title IX Coordinator for the University.
Aida Holland, Administrative Assistant, serves as liaison to answer and respond to inquiries and provides administrative support to all Office of Institutional Equity programs.
Kelly Hurley, Complaint Resolution & Compliance Specialist, is responsible for the investigation and resolution of internal and external complaints of harassment and discrimination against faculty, staff and students, including allegations of Title IX violations.
Robynn Powell, Fair Practices Coordinator, assists in developing and implementing strategies, programs and training to support Equal Employment and Educational Opportunity, and Affirmative Action. She also assists in investigating and resolving internal and external complaints of harassment and discrimination.
