• 4 bed/4 bath unit - $4455 per semester (4 units in the building)
• 2 bed/2 bath unit - $4485 per semester (2 units in the building)
• 2 bed/1 bath unit - $4290 per semester (1 unit in the building)
• 1 bed/1 bath unit - $4510 per semester (1 unit in the building)

*Sea Gull Square is the only main campus residence hall with a 12-month annual contract.

Students living on main campus are required to have the A or B meal plan. Those assigned to Chesapeake Hall and Sea Gull Square have the option of choosing the C or D plan as well (or no meal plan at all).
