Mojo Rider Performs During SU's Americana Dinner
SALISBURY, MD---The band Mojo Rider performs during Salisbury University’s Americana Dinner 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, November 6.
Comprised of area musicians Jerry Lee Adkins and Dave Raizen on guitar, Chuck Reich on drums and Dave Sap on brass, Mojo Rider specializes in blues, rock, country and folk.
Dinner is served from 4:30-7:30 p.m. in the Bistro of the Commons. The menu includes sliced Virginia ham, carved Memphis beef brisket, Kentucky grits and greens, buttermilk biscuits, Oklahoma black-eyed peas, Georgia peaches and cream, and Mississippi mud pie cups.
Sponsored by University Dining Services and the Cultural Affairs Office, cost is $14.20, $8.55 for children under 5.
The dinner preceeds that evening’s concert by Americana band Bumper Jacksons 7 p.m. in Holloway Hall Auditorium. Admission to that performance is free and the public is invited.
