Guitar in the Gallery Features Atlantic Guitar Quartet Thursday, October 27

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s Guitar in the Gallery returns this semester with a performance by the Atlantic Guitar Quartet at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, October 27, in the University Gallery of Fulton Hall.

The quartet is comprised of alumni of Baltimore’s esteemed Peabody Conservatory: Jonathan Zwi, Kevin Shannon, David DeDionisio and Zoe Johnstone Stewart. They share a desire to perform and promote music by living composers.

In 2010, the quartet was awarded a prestigious artist-in-residence position by the Engineers Club of the Garrett-Jacobs Mansion in Baltimore. The group seeks to heighten the concert experience for its audiences by merging art forms, performing educational outreach concerts and offering fresh, new perspectives on classical chamber music.
