SU Hosts Yom Kippur Dinner September 20

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University commemorates Yom Kippur with a special dinner featuring traditional Jewish cuisine 5-7 p.m. Thursday, September 20, in the Bistro of the Commons.

The menu includes rosemary rib roast, roast chicken with herbs, potato salad with roasted salmon, mashed Yukon gold potatoes with roasted garlic, challah stuffing, roasted root vegetables, challah bread, Jewish apple cake, and poached pears and raspberries.
